B. INDOOR EXHIBITION SHELL SCHEME (Min. 12sqm)
Indoor exhibition shell scheme will be marked out to the required dimensions. A wall, one table, two chairs, one 13amp socket outlet, fascia company name board, 2 passes, 1 brochure stand/rack, one lockable cabinet and one waste paper basket will be provided. Maximum height allowance is up to 2.5 metres. Height exceeding 2.5 metres is subject to approval.

Registration Fee
There will be a registration fee of €300 to participate in Bridex 2009. This is compulsory for all exhibitors and it is non-refundable.
 
Payment
Advance payment of 50% of the total amount for SPACE/CHALETS has to be made 30 days after booking.
Payment for the remaining 50% has to be made 60 days before the event.
Refunds are available for cancellation of bookings, please refer to Terms & Conditions.
