Application for Admission and Rental Contract for Space   Thank you for your interest in ITMA 2011. Before you begin your application, please ensure you have read and understood the exhibitor manual which contains the • General Regulations • Technical Regulations • Index of Products Exhibitor manual English Deutsch Español Français Italiano Türkçe As you will not be able to save any information from your application, please ensure you have all information and supporting documentation needed for registration before proceeding. These include: • company details • correspondence details • invoicing details • total space required • codes of products to be exhibited • codes of products to be listed in the exhibitor catalogue A pdf copy of your application together with the first 20% invoice of your stand rental payment will be emailed to you upon completion of your application. Chapter 17 application: Research & Education (For description on options, please click on the Research & Education Section here) •  For exhibitors applying for Option A, you should apply normally as an exhibitor for ITMA2011 under chapter 17. •  Under section 3a (Exhibits of the Company) of the application form, please indicate your product chapter/s accordingly. If you are interested to present at the Speaker’s Corner and wish to submit your 250-word abstract for review by the Technical Committee, please attach it under section 3a in pdf format(maximum file size limit to 2MB). You will be informed accordingly if your abstract has been approved. •  You should also indicate under section 5 (Comments) of the application form should you be interested to present at the Speaker’s Corner. If you are submitting your abstract at a later time, please also indicate under this section, for our reference. Please note that the deadline for abstract submission is 5 January 2011.
